Former California Assemblyman Howard Wayne is a past Vice-Chair of the San Diego Democratic Party and past Chair of the Democratic Professional Club.  As a legislator he chaired two standing committees and authored Assembly Bill 411, which provided for testing California beach waters to protect the public health.

Howard will take us on a deep dive into what happened in the November 3, 2020 federal elections, and the January 5, 2021 Georgia Senatorial elections. He has debriefed us on past elections, and given us the state of the Democratic party. These debriefings have been very popular. Come join the discussion. All are invited.
