Why are people homeless? Who are the people without homes? What can be done to help those who are homeless?

Come join the discussion, Homelessness in San Diego, with Kay Ragan of the League of Women Voters (LWV). Thirteen committee members of the LWV conducted a year long study reading research documents, articles, and papers on the subject. They have heard presentations, and attended meetings of the Regional Task Force and the City Council Committee on homelessness. Kay Ragan will share with us their findings and their recommendations.
